When you buy a ticket, we collect:

• Payment details (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers)

This information is used solely to fulfill your order, send your ticket confirmation, and contact you about your event.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not store, process, or have access to your full card details.

Analytics

We use first-party analytics to improve site experience. This includes tracking pages visited, time spent, and general interaction patterns using a random identifier stored in your browser. This data is not shared with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — email delivery (ticket confirmations)
• Vercel — website hosting

Each service has their own privacy policy and processes data only as necessary to provide their service to us.

Data Retention

Purchase records are retained for as long as needed for order fulfillment, accounting, and legal compliance. Analytics data is retained for up to 90 days and then automatically purged.
