HOW POINTS
WORK
Ring points are promotional and redeemable. They are a thank-you for being a real fan, not a currency: their value and what they redeem on can change at different times, and this page always says what is true right now.
Earning them
- Streams, show tap-ins with your ring, and merch you buy all earn points on their own.
- Points live in pools, one per artist: what you earn with an artist spends with that artist.
- Buying from this store earns points back on what you paid in cash, once per order.
Spending them, right now
- Each item says whether points pay for it, and how much: “Points can take up to $8 off” on the item, and the most the whole order can take on the Points button in your cart. Items without it are cash.
- Today that is The Ring (points take it down to $15) and the necklace (down to $7), plus any item that shows the points line. Each item’s limit can be different and can change; the rest of the order is cash.
- Right now, 450 points takes one dollar off. That rate can change at different times; the checkout always shows the exact trade before you pay.
- One order spends from one artist pool. Buying the ring, the pool is the artist you chose on it; otherwise it is the pool where you hold points.
- Shipping and tax are always cash, at checkout.
The honest fine print
- Points come off before you pay. If a checkout is left unpaid, the points come back to you within two days, on their own.
- If an order is refunded before it ships, the points you spent come back too.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or paid out; they redeem here and at shows.
- Every point movement is written to a log that cannot be quietly edited. If something ever looks wrong with your balance, support can see exactly what happened.
Questions about your balance? Sign in on the store with your ring username and your points show at checkout.
