Charli XCX brought out Chappell Roan to sing “Boom Clap” at the Kia Forum in Inglewood on Saturday, October 17, 2026, then PinkPantheress for “Stateside” and The Dare for “Guess.” On Sunday, October 18, Adéla sang “Nicole Kidman,” and opener underscores debuted a new song with Jane Remover.
Two nights, five surprise guests, and not one of them a legacy act brought in for nostalgia. The Forum stand came two dates from the end of the Music, Fashion, Film Tour, and the guest list read like a map of where Charli sits in pop right now.
Who came out on which night at the Forum?
Saturday belonged to the headline names. Halfway through the set, Stereogum reported, Roan, Charli’s co-headliner at Primavera in 2025, “manifested to sing early career hit ‘Boom Clap,’” which was the song’s first appearance on this tour. JamBase notes the track was first recorded for Charli’s 2014 album SUCKER. Rolling Stone, which called it the first time she had played the song live in the Brat and Music, Fashion, Film era, reported Charli explaining the slot: “Every night on tour, I play an old song.” She told the crowd her guest had agreed to come only if it was this one.
PinkPantheress came out later to sing her own “Stateside,” from her 2025 mixtape Fancy That, and The Dare joined for “Guess,” the song he produced for the deluxe edition of Brat, per JamBase.
Sunday was the newer generation’s turn. Stereogum called Adéla “this year’s breakout pop star” and reported she performed her biggest hit, “Nicole Kidman.” Before Charli took the stage, underscores, who opens every date, brought out Jane Remover to debut an unreleased collaboration called “Everything.” The two worked together before on 2023’s “Uncanny long arms.”

What do the guests say about Charli’s peers now?
Charli gave her own 2014 hit to Roan, the artist she shared a festival top line with last year, and let the rest of the stage go to artists of her own moment: a producer from the Brat sessions, PinkPantheress with a song from her 2025 mixtape, this year’s breakout in Adéla, and an opener whose collaborator got a debut slot of her own.
Charli gave her 2014 hit to her Primavera co-headliner, and the rest of the stage to artists of her own moment.
The pattern holds across the run. At a 650-capacity surprise show at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg on July 10, two weeks before the album came out, Stereogum reported she duetted with Clairo on “Sofia,” teamed with Kim Petras on Petras’s single “Jeep” and joined underscores on her track “Music.” On opening night in Philadelphia in September, underscores joined her again for “Do It,” from underscores’ album U. Rolling Stone also noted that Charli brought out Tinashe at Austin City Limits.
It is a peer group drawn from her own records and festival bills, not from pop’s older guard. The Forum is the same room where Sombr brought out Lindsey Buckingham a week earlier, reaching back a generation for his guest. Charli reached across.
Where does the Music, Fashion, Film Tour go next?
The tour supports Music, Fashion, Film, Charli’s seventh album, released in July. The arena leg opened at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia on September 11, after festival sets at Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, Reading and Leeds, and underscores canceled her own September headline shows to join it. Two dates remain: Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, on Wednesday, October 21, and MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Friday, October 23, the last date on the announced schedule. As of October 19, 2026, we found no report that either show has been moved or canceled.
Roan, meanwhile, has more Los Angeles dates of her own: her two-night Super Graphic Spectacular benefit at the Shrine runs October 21 and 22, days after the October 15 release of Olivia Rodrigo’s “expectations” remix featuring her.
