HYBE's Weverse Con Festival will play New Delhi on March 27 and 28, 2027, its first edition outside South Korea, and the bill landed on October 16: TOMORROW X TOGETHER, ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, Hwasa, Eric Nam and KATSEYE's Lara head a lineup that mixes K-pop with Indian acts. Tickets go only through BookMyShow, with a Mastercard presale on October 27 and general sale on October 30.
HYBE announced the city and dates on October 7 and promised the artists “within October,” per Korea JoongAng Daily. It kept that promise in nine days. Neither lineup report names a venue yet.
Who is on the Weverse Con Festival India lineup?
The first lineup, as printed by The Free Press Journal and The Daily Jagran, runs three tiers deep. The K-pop headliners are TXT, ENHYPEN and LE SSERAFIM. Hwasa and Eric Nam follow, alongside Dayoung, Lee Hyun and BUMZU, the producer the Jagran credits as the hand behind SEVENTEEN's music. Lara of KATSEYE and her sister Rhea Raj add a Western pop lane. The Indian side is King, Gini, RANJ X Clifr, Reble and DJ Zelo.
The mix is the festival's habit, not an India concession. HYBE launched Weverse Con in Korea in 2023 and has booked non-HYBE acts from the start; the 2024 edition brought Park Jin-young as a “Tribute Artist” and flew in Japan's Yoasobi, the JoongAng Daily reported. The most recent Seoul edition, in June 2026, drew a combined 34,000 in-person and online attendees, per Music Business Worldwide.

Why India before Japan or the US?
Japan and the US are not empty markets that need a flag planted. HYBE already runs offices there, plus Latin America and China, and its US girl group KATSEYE, built with Geffen Records, has put “Gnarly” and “Gabriela” on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned Grammy nominations. India is the newest of those homes: HYBE opened its Mumbai headquarters, its fifth, in September 2025, and HYBE INDIA ran nationwide auditions for a global girl group this year, with in-person rounds in 10 Indian cities.
The live map explains the rest. BTS's ARIRANG world tour grew to 88 shows by June and still skipped India, Outlook Respawn reported, while the group's ARIRANG album kept piling up streams. BTS is not on the New Delhi festival's first bill either.

The numbers show why a stage beats a streaming chart there. India has roughly 185 million music streaming users, HYBE said, yet it ranks only 15th in recorded music revenue, per the IFPI, and EY found the country's music segment fell 8% in 2025 to INR 23 billion ($264 million). Live is moving the other way: BookMyShow says 2025 brought a 17% rise in live entertainment consumption across 34,086 events, and its BookMyShow Live arm has staged Coldplay, Ed Sheeran and Travis Scott in India. In a country where streams pay little, the ticket is where the money is.
What changes when a fan platform runs the festival?
Weverse is not a sponsor here. It is HYBE's own superfan app, and MBW reports it will extend “into the live environment so artists and fans can connect throughout the event.” JoongAng Daily adds that festival and ticketing details will be posted on HYBE India's Instagram and on Weverse. So the company that hosts the fan community also announces the show, while BookMyShow sells the seat.
BookMyShow sells the seat. The app where the fans already live hosts the weekend.
That is the quiet business case. BookMyShow holds the sale, but a festival built around Weverse puts HYBE closer to the people who actually show up, not just the ones who stream, and that is the kind of signal a label wants before it routes a stadium tour through a new country. It is the same split between streaming and showing up that the rest of the business is chasing. The presale on October 27 is the first real count of how many Indian K-pop fans will pay to be in the room.
