Terms of Service

The Deal

The Ring VIP ("we", "us") operates thering.vip: tickets and VIP experiences, fan club membership, check-in, games, giveaways, and the Moments feed, run together with the artists on our roster. The Ring VIP, The Ring by Lux (the ring and its app), and Swarm by Lux are brands of the same company, and these terms cover all of them. By using the site or the Ring app, buying a ticket, entering a giveaway, joining, or uploading, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Tickets and Entry

• Give us accurate information at checkout. Your confirmation code or pass is what the door checks, and a ticket bought for a friend should carry the friend's name.
• Prices, fees, and what a package includes are shown before you pay. Card processing costs are collected on top of face value and are itemized at checkout.
• Event details can change. Times, supporting acts, and venue logistics are set by the artist and the venue; we pass along what we know as soon as we know it.
• Refunds are handled per event. Write to support@thering.vip and a person will look at your case. A refunded order is no longer a ticket.

The Ring, Points, and Games

Membership perks, points, badges, leaderboards, and game rewards are part of the fan experience. Points and badges have no cash value, cannot be sold, and can be adjusted where they were earned by error or abuse. Ring hardware (the ring itself) is part of The Ring by Lux, the same company as this platform; where a care or replacement program is offered, its own terms apply.

Giveaways

• No purchase is ever necessary to enter or win, and entering costs nothing.
• Eligibility rules shown on a giveaway page apply, including region limits (a giveaway marked for one region is only winnable there) and one entry per person.
• Winners are chosen the way the page says: drawn at random, or first to act, and we may verify eligibility before awarding a prize.
• Prizes are personal: no cash value, not transferable, not resellable. A guest list spot admits the named winner.
• Entries that game the draw (duplicate identities, automation) are disqualified, and staff test entries can never win a real prize.

Texts

Giving us your phone number on a signup means we may text you about the thing you signed up for, as described in the Privacy Policy. Reply STOP at any time and marketing texts end immediately.

What You Upload

Moments and anything else you upload stays yours. By uploading, you give The Ring VIP and the artist whose show it captures a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, review, display, and promote with that content, on the platform and on the artist's and platform's own channels. Artists approve what appears on the public feed. If you want something taken down, tell us and we will take it down from the surfaces we control.

Your Information

The information generated when you engage here, purchases, check-ins, memberships, contact details, and engagement, is controlled by BOTH The Ring VIP and the applicable artist, each in their own right. It is not exclusively the artist's data, and it is not exclusively ours:

• The Ring VIP may use it to operate, support, improve, and promote the platform and its events.
• The artist may use it to reach and reward their own fans, and may export their fans' information from the platform for use outside it.

Both uses are always subject to the Privacy Policy, your contact choices, and applicable law. An artist who exports fan information is responsible for honoring opt-outs, STOP requests, and deletion requests in what they exported, and for following the law where they use it.

Artists, Managers, and Staff (Backstage)

Backstage accounts are for artists and the people who work with them. Using one means you also agree to this:

• Your account is yours alone, and what you do with it is done on behalf of the artist or company you represent.
• Money is handled as shown on your own Backstage screens: itemized settlements, payouts of the artist's net, and card processing costs booked separately, never out of artist money.
• You approve the fan content that appears on your pages, and that judgment is yours.
• Fan information is a shared responsibility. If you export fan data, you must honor opt-outs, STOP requests, and deletion requests in everything you exported, and follow the law where you use it. Misusing fan data or the tools ends access.
• Where a separate written agreement exists between us (touring, settlement, or otherwise), that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Fair Play

Do not scrape the site, probe or abuse the APIs, buy with stolen payment methods, forge or resell passes deceptively, manipulate games or points, or harass artists, fans, or staff. We can refuse service, cancel orders (with refund where the law or basic fairness requires it), and close accounts that break these rules.

The Platform, As Is

We build carefully, but the platform is provided as is, without warranties beyond what the law requires. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase the claim is about. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and Contact

We can update these terms; the date above tells you when we last did. Meaningful changes will be visible here before they apply to you. Questions go to support@thering.vip.
