League of Legends' virtual pop group K/DA is releasing new music for the first time in nearly six years. Riot Games revealed the full tracklist for the four-song FIRESTARTER EP on October 19, 2026, along with two new voices: British singer Mimi Webb and Canadian artist Sophie Powers, who join returning members Miyeon and Soyeon of the K-pop group i-dle.
Who voices which character
K/DA's members are animated characters from the game, but each one has always had a credited human singer behind it. Miyeon and Soyeon return as Ahri and Akali, the characters they have voiced since K/DA debuted in 2018, according to Strafe Esports. Sophie Powers now voices Evelynn and Mimi Webb voices Kai'Sa. Music Ally reported that Madison Beer, part of the original lineup as Evelynn, has rotated out.
The tracklist
Riot confirmed four songs and their featured artists, per Strafe:
FIRESTARTER: Miyeon and Soyeon (i-dle), Sophie Powers and Mimi Webb
WATCH ME: Sophie Powers and Mimi Webb
NEVER GOING BACK: Miyeon and Soyeon (i-dle)
GIRLS (w/ DJ Sona): Sophie Powers, Sorana and Royal & the Serpent
The title track arrived first, with a music video made with French animation studio Fortiche, and Music Ally reported on October 20, 2026, that the video had already passed 10 million YouTube views. It is not a cover of the Prodigy song of the same name. “WATCH ME” had already set off speculation among fans: Strafe noted that a song with that title appeared in an ASCAP registration in August 2026, before Riot confirmed it belonged to the EP. “GIRLS” brings in DJ Sona, the music-themed League of Legends character.
When it drops
The EP is due on October 21, 2026, at 6 PM Pacific (9 PM Eastern), which is 01:00 UTC on October 22, according to Strafe. Riot has opened a pre-save page. So far only the title track has an official video, and Riot has not said whether the other three songs will get one.
Riot's busy music year
K/DA is only one of Riot's virtual acts. Music Ally pointed out that the company has also put out new music in 2026 from True Damage, Pentakill and HEARTSTEEL, all tied to the build-up to the 2026 League of Legends World Championship, whose final is set for New York in November 2026. Strafe added that Pentakill appears on an orchestral version of the Worlds 2026 theme.
For a group that exists only on screen, K/DA's comeback is a real release-calendar event, and a reminder that some of pop's most loyal fan bases now start inside a video game.
